Our antioxidant skin care is the key to healthy skin. If you want an even bigger boost in antioxidants, I suggest including a lot more antioxidants in your diet. I personally love blueberries and blackberries because they have more antioxidants than any other fruit. Veggies with each meal such as kale, spinach, broccoli, and beets are also high in antioxidants.
