The Small All-Over Brush is recommended to apply cream concealer on upper lid to brow and lower eye to cheek bone. Using a brush avoids having cream concealer under your fingernails.
TIP: It's better to use brushes than your fingers when applying makeup around the eyes to avoid bacteria that may gather under finger nails.

I use this brush for putting on my eye shadow. It works way better than using a finger because it doesn't add any dirt or oil to your eyelid. It's also very easy to clean....I use a dab of gentle hand soap, work it in and rinse it off.
